Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You have 14 days from the date you received the product to return it.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must also be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Non-returnable Items

    • Certain items, such as underwear, sale items, and custom orders, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds

    • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is returned in a condition different from its original state).
  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  1. If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it.  we will arrange for an exchange.
